Pop Thai offers delicious food that just pops out of the bag of flavor

It’s rare that when I sit down to write a review I start to remember and crave the food I ate. Pop Thai is one of the very few places where great food wins my heart. Drawing inspiration from 1970s Bangkok, the deconstructed menu presents authentic Thai flavors in a pop embodiment with modern Asian techniques. POP THAI is the brainchild of computer scientist turned restaurateur Pratibha Meera Pratap Singh under the House of Chi Hospitality. A deep love for Thai food and its culture lead to the birth of POP Thai.

i stopped my food Midnight Chili Oil Chicken Dimsum and every bite was a blast. Succulent, juicy chicken, with some strong sauce, with just the right amount of chili made for the perfect appetizer. sheltering a certain fetish for prawns, Grilled Kaffir Lime Gyoza Was perfect to satisfy my craving. The prawns were fully cooked, moist and soft, and full of good flavor. Another shrimp dish that attracted me was Pop Prawn Donuts – A never-before-seen avatar of prawns in the form of donuts! Crunchy and mildly flavored, the delicious donuts whetted my appetite.

For Mains, I had earlier Pop Chicken Slider, Amidst the wonderful spread I found it to be a bit too soft for my taste. I figured it could do better with some tempting flavors and sauces. but pop pad thai noodles Again proved to be quite a treat for my taste buds. With a refreshing taste, these noodles are a must try. I finished with my meal Layered Black Rice PuddingWhich wasn’t too sweet and had a distinct nutty hint that fit well with my palate.
