Take a cup of puffed rice, then put it in the grinder and make powder. Now add semolina and curd. Make a half thick batter by adding water to it. Now heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, green chillies, urad and curry leaves. Put it in the batter. Mix it well, take a ladle full of this solution and pour it into the pan to give it a pancake-like shape. Sear it from both the sides and your puffed rice is ready! Pair it with chutney and enjoy.
