Posters warning Maoists re-emerge in West Bengal’s Jhargram

Threatening posters have surfaced again in Jhargram district of West Bengal. These posters are said to be written by Maoists.

Poster claiming to have been written by Maoists has surfaced again in Jhargram, West Bengal. These posters read threatening messages for Trinamool Congress (TMC) leaders of the district.

The posters read, “Trinamool has been playing games with people since long, time has come for Maoists to play games with Trinamool Congress leaders.”

Local TMC leaders started taking precautions after posters were recovered from the villages of Jhargram.

According to sources, local leaders of Trinamool Congress of Jhargram have decided not to visit their offices after sunset due to these threatening messages.

There have been reports of Maoists regrouping in Jhargram’s Jangalmahal area and West Midnapore in West Bengal.
