An 18-year-old hostess preparing for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) in Noida allegedly committed suicide by jumping off the terrace of a coaching institute after being harassed by her hostel mates. The police gave this information on Tuesday. Police said that Workinga was a resident of Kothagudem in Forgery. She was preparing for NEET exam for the last six months at a coaching institute in Hayathnagar. On Monday night, he jumped to his death from the roof of the institute.

Police said that her father has alleged in the complaint lodged with the police that his daughter’s roommate used to mentally torture her by making caste identity remarks. Police said that a suicide note has been found for which no one has been held responsible for the death.
The father told that he had asked his daughter to come to his village and she had agreed. But, he got a call from the institute on Monday that his daughter had committed suicide by jumping from the institute. The father has requested the police to take necessary action against the students and the management. After which his case was registered. Further investigation is still going on.
