Prize Distribution Ceremony of Technical Entry Scheme Course in MCEME

Twenty One Gentlemen Cadets (GCs) of Technical Entry Scheme-40 (TES-40) course passed out from the holy portal of Cadet Training Wing (CTW), Military College of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering (MCEME) after completing three years. Hard and tough technical and military training on Saturday.

The prize distribution ceremony of the passing out course of TES-40 was held in an impressive ceremony with full military decorum in the MCEME auditorium. Lt Gen JS Sidana, Commandant MCEME and Colonel Commandant, Corps of EME, were the chief guests of the event and exhorted the cadets to be aware of the acute technological challenges unfolding on the modern battlefield and be prepared to face them .

He also stressed on the need to develop those qualities which differentiate an officer from every other professional in the arms profession, namely professional competence and commitment in every field of work, dedication and enthusiasm in every endeavor and sympathy for men. and a sense of compassion. He felicitated the meritorious GCs of the course and presented them with various awards and medals.

Wing Cadet Captain Preet Choudhary and Wing Cadet Quartermaster SK Tiwari were awarded Silver and Bronze medals while Wing Cadet Adjutant Sahil Phogat was awarded the prestigious GOC-in-C ARTRAC Gold Medal for standing first in the order of merit Gone.

Awards were also given to the GCs who excelled in various aspects of training. Chandragupta Platoon won the coveted GOC-in-C, ARTRAC banner for overall excellence in various events.
