Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) It is providing tele-counselling services to the students of class 10th and 12th of its affiliated schools to keep them stress free during exams. It is available Monday through Saturday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Tele-counselling is provided by the Principals and trained counselors on a voluntary basis. The counseling services are available on the official website cbse.nic.in. This year, 92 principals and counselors from India and countries including Nepal, Moscow, Saudi Arabia, USA, Japan, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Singapore are providing consultancy services.
The board is providing free psychological counseling in two phases since 1998, before the exam and after the result. The counseling facility has now entered its 25th year.
Multimedia content can also be viewed and listened to on a variety of topics such as specific learning disabilities, substance use disorders, adolescent personal experiences, aggression, depression, Internet addiction disorder, exam stress and their solutions through life skills. Apart from this, podcasts are also available on various topics. The board had also started a special facility of tele helpline during the Kovid epidemic from 24 May.

Over the years the Board has shared many important messages on social media and also used YouTube, Facebook and Instagram platforms to actively engage with the students.
