Punjab’s Mann government’s big action against gun culture: cancellation of 813 licenses

The Honorable Government of Punjab has taken major action against gun culture. The Punjab government has canceled 813 gun licenses issued in the state. Till now the Punjab government has canceled more than 2000 arms licences. Govt Punjab has said that to keep the gun will have to follow the news. Now carrying and portraying delay in public, religious place, marriage affair or any other event is prohibited in Punjab.

The government says that random checking will be done in different areas in the coming days. There will be a complete ban on those glorifying violence and slow pace. A total of 3 lakh 73 thousand 53 arms licenses have been given in Punjab. Today 87 in rural, 48 in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, 10 in Gurdaspur, 84 in Faridkot, 199 in Pathankot,
Arms licenses of 47 in Hoshiapura, 6 in Kapurthala, 235 in SAS Kasba, 16 in Sangrur, 27 in Amrita Commissionerate, 11 in Jalandhar commissionerate office and many other bogus people have been cancelled.
