Qubo Smart Dash Cam has been launched in India by Hero Electronics. The Smart Dash Cam comes with a mobile app for both Android and iOS. It is equipped with a 1080p sensor that offers 30FPS video recording and live feed. The web cam has a built-in 6-axis G-sensor that can automatically detect sudden jerks or collisions and store the recording in an event file. This event file can be accessed through the Qubo app on the user’s phone. This is Qubo’s first product in the auto tech category.

cuboHero Electronics’ consumer technology business has forayed into the auto tech segment with the launch of the Qubo Smart Dash Cam. Smart Dash is priced at Rs. 4,290 and the company claims that this is the first dash cam manufactured in India. It will be available for purchase in India starting today through a network of dealers and e-commerce sites including Amazon and Cuboworld.

The smart dash cam is equipped with a 1080p video camera for recording and live feed with 30fps support. Cubo’s dash cam also gets a mobile app that’s available on both Android And iOS, It has a built-in 6-axis G-sensor that can automatically detect sudden jerks and collisions. The G-sensor then locks the footage in an event file that can be accessed via the Qubo app on your phone.
The Qubo Smart Dash Cam features Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology for improved camera performance in areas with strong field of view (FOV) or in poorly lit areas. The dash cam also gets a wide-angle FOV for minimal blind spots and is claimed to provide more than six lanes of coverage. The Cubo Smart Dash Cam can be mounted on the dashboard of a car to record video while driving in case of an accident or robbery.
Along with the Cubo Smart Dash Cam, the company has also announced that it is launching three sub-categories of products in the Auto Tech category, Dash Cameras, Small Trackers, and Smart Accessories such as Tire Pressure Inflators.
