Queen Elizabeth Launches Her Own Line of Royal Ketchup; estimate price

If you’ve been following British royalty, you definitely know that Queen Elizabeth just loves burgers. In a report by British Heritage Travel, Darren O’Grady – the Royal Chef who spent 15 years cooking for the British monarch and the rest of the royal family – shared that Her Majesty generally avoids fast-food. But if he indulges in something greasy and decadent, he’ll be a customized hamburger, without the buns. This special hamburger is designed keeping in mind all their food preferences. It looks like Queen Elizabeth has taken her love of burgers a step further. They have recently launched the new Royal Condiment brand named ‘Royal Estate’. As The Sun reports, the brand includes two condiments – tomato ketchup and brown sauce. For the unversed, brown sauce is a British condiment, similar to the popular Worcestershire sauce.

These special ketchups are said to be available to the general public at the Sandringham Royal Estate online shop in the future. Guessing the price of these royal foods? Well, an Instagram post by ‘royaltypastandpresent’ states that these products will be available for over nine dollars (roughly Rs.670) for 10 oz. (about 284 g) glass bottle.

This raises a question – what goes into making these shahi sauces? As People reports, tomato ketchup, which is marketed as “ideal for breakfast or any time of day,” is flavored with dates, apple juice, and spices. Brown sauce, on the other hand, is “packed with vinegar and spices.”
