Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s engagement: You leaders can’t take your eyes off the Bollywood actress in her first public appearance after the ceremony.
Bollywood star Parineeti Chopra and AAP leader Raghav Chadha made their first public appearance on Saturday, hours after their engagement. The two got engaged in a private ceremony which was attended by family members and political leaders.
The ceremony took place at Kapurthala House in central Delhi and was attended by around 150 guests including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and Parineeti’s cousin, film star Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Soon after announcing their engagement news on social media, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha stepped out to pose for the paparazzi outside their engagement venue.
Parineeti Chopra stunned in a gorgeous all-white salwar suit while Raghav looked handsome in matching kurta pyjama. Raghav kept Parineeti close and posed for the paparazzi. In a video shared by celebrity photographer Viral Bhayani on Instagram, Raghav could not take his eyes off Parineeti even as the paparazzi teased her by calling her “jiju”.
Soon after the ceremony, Priyanka Chopra also congratulated the couple on her Instagram account with a series of new photos from their engagement. Priyanka wrote, “Congratulations Tisha and Raghav..can’t wait for the wedding. So happy for you both and the families. It’s so much fun catching up with the family!”
Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha were rumored to be dating for a few months. They were spotted together on several occasions. However, they never confirmed their relationship news. Parineeti often used to shyly put forward the questions of marriage. Rumors of the AAP MP and Parineeti’s wedding started after they were spotted together in Mumbai in March. Both reached Delhi on Tuesday for the engagement.
