Karnataka Congress President DK Shivakumar on Sunday said party national leader Rahul Gandhi will attend its Political Affairs Committee meeting on August 2 amid the uproar ahead of the 2023 Assembly elections as he celebrates the 75th birthday party of senior leader Siddaramaiah. will be in the state to participate in. ,
