Jaipur: Second phase of polling District Council And Panchayat committee member in Alwar And Dholpur district of Rajasthan Rajasthan will be held on Saturday, officials said. Voting will be held from 8 am to 5 pm.
State Election Commissioner PS Mehra said on Friday that 9.73 lakh voters will be able to exercise their franchise in both the districts in the second phase of polling.
A total of 1,312 polling stations have been set up for the second phase of polling.
Elections for the members of Alwar and Dholpur Zilla Parishad and Panchayat Samiti are being held in three phases. The first phase of polling will be held on October 20 and the third phase will be held on October 26.
Counting of votes will be done at the district headquarters on October 29 after all the three phases of polling.
