Rajasthan’s Drunk Doctor Hits 3 With Car During Hospital Admission, 1 Killed

According to the police, the doctor was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident at the district hospital.

Jaipur:

One person was killed and two women were injured after a drunken doctor’s car hit them in Rajasthan’s Nagaur on Thursday.

Nagaur circle officer Vinod Sipa said that the accused Dr YS Negi has been arrested.

According to the police, the doctor was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident at the district hospital.

He said Dr Negi hit three people with his car while entering the hospital premises in the morning, killing Bhanwarlal Meghwal (57) on the spot.

SIPA said the injured have been identified as Raisa (40) and Dajia Bano (20).

According to eyewitnesses, Dr. Negi’s car also rammed into another vehicle parked in the premises.

The CO said that a case has been registered against the doctor and he has been arrested.
