Rajeev Paul made headlines after his recent post on the actor’s second marriage went viral. The confusion first started when the actor shared a picture of himself in a wedding dress with a girl dressed as a bride. However, things are not as they seemed. On Friday, Rajeev posted a picture from the wedding on Instagram. More than the photo, it was his caption that made people believe that the actor had married for the second time.
On Saturday afternoon the actor, who was earlier married to actor Delnaaz Irani, clarified that the particular image was from a wedding scene of her show ‘Sasural Simar Ka 2’.

Rajeev Paul’s wedding post
“They say that once bitten brings shame twice…but still..it’s worth a try…once again…all the fasts…rituals…so many people We are getting married. Somebody is celebrating Karva Chauth…okay…the time has come..happy everyone,” he captioned the post without revealing the girl’s face and her name. As soon as Rajiv took his picture in the guise of the groom, everyone congratulated him. However, in the following post, the actor denied the claims.

“A funny post is followed by a combination of bad internet and low battery. A post goes viral. Fact. All the family members of my show SSK 2 are actually getting married again. Including my character Giriraj Oswal.. Exactly that I once said. Twice bitten shy everyone is getting married. Happiness to all… but I appreciate all the love I accidentally got from my friends from the media and industry, really congratulating me on my marriage I am giving,” he clarified the news of the wedding.
Rajeev further said, “Thank you very much…but why are you all so eager for my marriage..Khush rahe do na yaar. Still happiness to all.”

For those unaware, Rajeev Paul was previously married to actress Delnaaz Irani for 14 years, but the couple separated in 2010 and later divorced in 2012. The couple was also a part of Bigg Boss 6.
Rajeev Paul is a well-known figure in the entertainment industry and has appeared in several shows over the years. He made his debut with “Swabhimaan” in 1995. Currently, he is playing the character of Giriraj Oswal in the popular daily soap Sasural Simar Ka 2 on TV.
