How did you meet Adil Khan Durrani?
I think he is sent to me by God. after breakup with me Ritesh, I went into depression. Nothing was looking good. Adil entered my life and proposed to me within a month of our first meeting. I am six years older than him, to be honest, I was not ready but he explained to me by giving examples of Malaika Arora-Arjun Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas. He says that he loves me very much. I have fallen in love with him.
Adil is from Mysore, he comes to Mumbai to meet me. He is a businessman. He gifted me a BMW in Mysore. He called me there and I left. Adil is the brother of style. Shelly are friends and business partners in the show. Shaily introduces Adil and I and he takes my number from Shaily. This is how we talked. I am very confused.
What’s the confusion?
I am a very glamorous person in films and TV industry, Adil’s family is against this relationship, there has been a ruckus in his house.
His family doesn’t like the way I dress. But I am ready to change myself if needed. However, no one from their side is forcing me to change. He is being harassed from all sides. I am scared; Hardly found love. I hope his family will accept me.
Where did you stay in Mysore when you went to meet Adil?
I stayed either in a hotel or with style.
And what about your marriage or divorce with Riteish?
That marriage was not legal; Ritesh never divorced his wife. I am not his wife as per Indian law. Also, Riteish and I never got physical. Post ‘Bigg Boss‘, his wife brought some cases against him.
Is Ritesh living with his wife now?
I don’t know who he is living with. Nor am I interested to know. Now I have nothing to do with Ritesh.
What about your mother and brother? Are they endorsing your love affair with Adil?
My mother is saying, ‘Now the time has come for you to live my life, you have taken a lot of difficulties in life’. I deserve happiness. How long will the devotion last? Will I just keep crying all the time.
And I really don’t want Adil’s family to keep watching my old videos. I want them to accept me. I had to consciously create a certain image about myself but that was to move forward in Bollywood. Today every girl, even the biggest heroine wears the same clothes as me.
