To make this, first of all finely chop the almonds and keep them aside. Soak the rice for 15 minutes. Now, make a paste using little water. After this, put milk in a pan to boil. Add sugar and cardamom powder.

When it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and add almonds. Cook for 2 minutes and then slowly add the rice paste. Keep stirring on low flame till the milk becomes thick and coats the back of the spoon. Remove from heat, add rose water and pour into small container. Cool and serve cold. Badam ki Phirni is ready!
