In one of the biggest residential apartment deals in the country, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has bought a sea-facing quadruplex in suburban Bandra for Rs 119 crore, industry sources said on Monday. The actor has bought apartments spread over 16, 17, 18 and 19 floors. Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, a company in which Singh and his father Jugjit Bhavnani are directors, has bought apartments in a building that is under construction after redevelopment. , Sources said the deal has a customization component wherein the builder will build four floors as per the choice of the actor. The price per square foot is around Rs 1 lakh.

Last year, the couple bought a second house in Alibaug for Rs 22 crore. And their latest reported purchase is at Sagar Resham, a building at Bandstand that’s in the vicinity of Shahrukh Khanthe bungalow of ‘Mannat’ and Salman KhanPad at Galaxy Apartments. If these reports are true then they will be really close to each other. PTI claims that according to a source they were in the market for almost three years looking for an independent bungalow in Juhu and Bandra areas, where a lot of celebrities live. The agency report states that at present, Sagar Resham does not boast of such marquee names that would be neighbors of the star couple.
DeepVeer’s new oceanfront home to have 19 parking lots
Chauguni is likely to serve as the primary home for Singh and his actor wife Deepika Padukone. Sources told PTI that stamp duty of over Rs 7 crore has been paid for the transaction, which includes purchase of 11,266 sq ft of space, a special 1,300 sq ft terrace and 19 parking lots.

When contacted, Ritesh Mehta, senior director and head (west) of residential services, real estate consultancy firm JLL India, said that the price paid by the actor is as per the market trends. The price of a property at this location ranges from Rs 90,000 to Rs 1.10 lakh per sq ft.
Mehta also said that many developers are buying old bungalows in the sea-facing areas of Bandra and Juhu, which is expected to relax Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) norms, leading to supply of more apartments in the area in the times to come. Will be ,
