Are you ready for a chilling tale? Recently, a video hit the social media which grabbed the attention of a lot of netizens. In the video, a rat can be seen pouncing on a sleeping passenger on a subway train in New York.
As you watch the video, you’ll notice that the rat slowly makes its way up the passenger’s arm and onto his shoulder, while the passenger remains in a deep sleep. The rat appears to be crawling along completely at ease, as if inspecting a sleeping traveler.
It is shown in the video that the passenger is suddenly awakened by the sensation of a rat crawling on his neck and as soon as he realizes the rat’s presence above him, he stands up in surprise and chases it away.

The sight of a rat on a public transportation vehicle is enough to send a shiver down some people’s spines, but the fact that it’s boarding a passenger makes it all the more unsettling.
