Guava Paste:

  1. Pink Guava (chopped) – 3
  2. Green chili – 1
  3. Mint leaves – 8-10
  4. water cup

Guava Margarita:

  1. simple syrup – 60 ml
  2. Lemon juice – 2 lemons
  3. Tequila – 60 ml
  4. Triple sec or Cointreau – 60 ml
  5. salt to taste
  6. Guava Puree
  7. Snowflakes – 2-4
  8. Water – cup

Coating:

  1. Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  2. sugar – tsp
  3. Black salt – tsp
  4. salt – tsp

method:

  1. Put pink guava, green chillies, mint leaves and cup water in a blender. Make a smooth paste of it and sieve the mixture
  2. Next, we proceed to prepare the drink.
  3. Add simple syrup, lemon juice and half a cup of water to your tequila. Don’t skip adding your favorite liquor – Triple Sec or Cointreau. Add some guava puree and sprinkle salt. Add some ice cubes and stir well.
  4. Rim the glass with lemon and dip it into the spice mixture. Throw in some ice cubes and add to the margarita.
  5. Voila, the cocktail is ready.
