PMC member Morris Chang, a company building ports, terminals, rail lines etc. for Adani Group, has declared that he is a Chinese citizen. He said that he is a citizen of Taiwan. He holds a passport of the Republic of China – that is the official name of Taiwan. He is a well-known industrialist in Taiwan and has business in many countries. It is unfortunate that my nationality is being questioned.
