Shahjahanpur:
A 35-year-old man allegedly killed his mother in a village in Shahjahanpur after she refused to give him money to buy liquor. The police gave this information on Saturday.
“The incident took place on Friday evening in Mukrampur village under Roja police station area. The accused Ram Naresh had demanded some money from his mother Ramvati (70) to buy liquor. When she refused, he got angry and attacked her. Hit him. Hit him on the head with a sharp object, which killed him,” Station House Officer (SHO) Rajkumar Sharma said.
Naresh was arrested and a murder case was registered.
Sharma said that the body of the woman has been sent for post-mortem.
