She recently shared a video of a special dish from her home state and said it “reminds me of my mother”.

He took to Twitter to share a video of fermented taro leaves with smoked pork. This 49 sec video details the entire process of making a special dish – from chopping the vegetables to making the special paste and finally cooking. Mr Along captioned the post as, “Ahh! Fermented taro turns out with smoked pork. It reminded me of my mother’s dish. Missing home. Video credit: Naga Food Tribe.”

Since being shared, his post has garnered over 1.2 lakh views and 2,500 likes.

A few weeks back, Mr Along went viral for sharing a picture of his Sunday breakfast. In the picture, he is seen talking on the phone while getting ready to eat. “Breakfast on wood,” Mr Along said in a tweet that included a straight face emoji and a photo of him looking intently at a plate of food. He was preparing to eat a little with a fork. The tweet caught people’s attention and users asked the minister to invite them for breakfast.
