No Entry 2 is officially in the making. Anees Bazmee confirmed that Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan will reunite for the sequel.

Almost 17 years after the release of No Entry, Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan are reuniting for the sequel of the film. Fans of the 2005 release will remember that not only was the film a hit but the songs were popular as well. Now Anees Bazmee has confirmed that all three are returning. The filmmaker also revealed that the actor is all set to start filming soon.

No Entry, written and directed by Anees Bazmee, starred Bipasha Basu, Lara Dutta, Esha Deol and Celina Jaitly as the leading ladies along with Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan. The film also had Sameera Reddy in a guest appearance. The comedy film was a remake of the 2002 Tamil film Charlie Chaplin and was produced by Boney Kapoor.

Talking about the No Entry sequel with India Today, Anees said, “The shooting of the film is going to start very soon. I have met Salman bhai four to five times and did the film Bol Diya Ki Jaldi Shuru Karni Hai (I told him that we have to start this film soon). He is very serious and we are going to start it very soon. Salman is brother, Fardeen is [Khan] and Anil Kapoor. All three will be part of the film.”

Boney had earlier told the publication that there was a script that is 10 times funnier than the first No Entry film. He said that only Salman Khan can make this film.

These days Salman is busy with his other projects. The actor is juggling Yash Raj Films’ Tiger 3, with the actor reuniting with Katrina Kaif in the franchise for the third time, and his home production Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. The film reportedly also stars Aayush Sharma, Zaheer Iqbal and Pooja Hegde. Rumor also has it that Shehnaaz Gill is being considered for the film.
