Wait for the next Samsung flagship smartphones, many revelations have been made about the devices. The Korean tech giant usually launches the Galaxy S-series smartphones in the first quarter of the year, and that time is fast approaching. With the launch date approaching, the launch and pre-order dates for the Samsung Galaxy S22 have been leaked, as well as the launch date for the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE.
Tipster John Prosser has shared the date of Samsung’s upcoming smartphones on his Twitter handle. According to Prosser, the Samsung Galaxy S22 line-up will be launched at an unpacked event on February 22 at 10:00 AM ET (8:30 PM IST). He added that the devices will be available for pre-order from the same date and will be available for sale from February 18 next year.
For the Galaxy S21 FE, Samsung will hold a separate Unpacked event on January 4, 2022. The device will not be put up for pre-order and will go on sale directly from January 11, 2022.
Reports earlier this month said that Samsung has started mass production of components for the Galaxy S22 series, but faced a minor setback. This is normal when starting to produce new equipment.
Samsung is now primarily manufacturing components for all variants of the Galaxy S22 line-up, while production of the Galaxy S22 Ultra prefers the US variant.
Still, despite the current situation with chip shortages, all handsets are on schedule for a January 2022 release.
