Samsung is hosting its Galaxy Unpacked very soon and we’ll get our first look at the new phone along with other products.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 series will be unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked event next week and we are slowly getting closer to the details and design of the products. Samsung has made a habit of launching its flagships early in the year, and it looks like we will follow the same tradition this year as well.

Samsung hasn’t officially confirmed any features yet, but this week Corning vaguely hinted to us that the new Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 will be making its debut on the Galaxy S23 series.

The company has issued a press release Comment Which hints at Samsung using the new Gorilla Glass Victus variant on its next Galaxy flagship smartphones, which is likely to be the Galaxy S23 series.

Corning Gorilla Glass The Victus 2 is built using a new glass composition that provides superior scratch resistance and drop protection from waist height and ensures that – by improving cover-glass performance – with more sophisticated and diverse designs Survive heavy equipment.

Glass Victus 2 stood up to drops of up to one meter on a concrete replicating surface, while also withstanding drops of up to two meters on an asphalt replicating surface and maintains four times better scratch resistance than competing aluminosilicates.

Samsung is hosting its big event in the US early next month, where we can get new Galaxy Buds TWS earbuds, a new Galaxy laptop, and more. The Galaxy S23 series is expected to come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and up to 16 GB of RAM.

The Ultra variant is likely to lead the series later this year and go up against the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Major changes are expected on the camera front, with a 200-megapixel primary shooter rumored to headline the module for the company. Stay with us for every update related to the launch event.
