Bringing the ‘Desi Glam’ energy to the occasion, Sara looked elegant and graced the occasion.
Representing Indian culture on an international platform, the actor stepped out in desi style in her stunning off-white ‘lehenga’ at the opening ceremony of Cannes Bazaar. She looked absolutely beautiful and pristine.
Talking to the shutterbugs present on the red carpet, the actor said, “Nervous… I’ve always aspired to be here someday, and I can’t believe I’m here.”
Talking about her look, Sara revealed, “It is a traditional yet modern Indian handmade design by Abu and Sandeep (Khosla). I have always been proud of my Indianness. It represents who I am, it is fresh, it is modern and it has traditional roots too.
The beautiful outfit for her Cannes debut was designed by Indian fashion designer Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla.
On the work front, Sara Ali Khan is busy promoting her upcoming romantic comedy Zara Hatke Zara Bach Ke with Vicky Kaushal. Apart from this, he is also involved in the films ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ and Homi Adajania’s ‘Murder Mubarak’, an untitled project directed by Jagan Shakti. (ANI)
