Popular actor-filmmaker Satish Kaushik passed away due to a heart attack in the early hours of Thursday. He was 66 years old. The veteran actor was at his Delhi residence when he complained of uneasiness. actor Anupam Kher He was one of the first Bollywood actors to mourn his demise and shared the information on Twitter. many other celebrities like Kangana Ranaut, Madhur Bhandarkar, Renuka Sahane and others also expressed grief over the sudden demise. Satish Kaushik had attended a Holi party a day before the heart attack.
Satish Kaushik’s last post on his official Twitter account was a series of pictures from the annual Holi celebrations organized by renowned lyricist-writer Javed Akhtar in Mumbai on March 7. She shared several pictures from the party with Akhtar, Richa-Ali and Mahima Chowdhary and wrote, “Colorful Happy Fun #Holi Party @Javedakhtarjadu @babaazmi @AzmiShabana @tanviazmi at Janki Kutir Juhu Congratulations to the newly married beautiful couple @alifazal9 @RichaChadha Happy Holi everyone #friendship #festival #Holi2023 #colors.”
Earlier this year in January, Satish Kaushik had announced to wrap up the shoot of his upcoming film Kaagaz 2. The film was very close to his heart and was about to release soon. He was about to announce Paper 3 as well. The film is a sequel to his 2021 biographical comedy film Kaagaz.

Satish Kaushik is best known for his comic roles as ‘Calendar’ in ‘Mr India’, ‘Pappu Pager’ in ‘Deewana Mastana’ and many more. He also gave stellar performances in other films like “Ram Lakhan” and “Saajan Chale Sasural”. he directed SrideviHis first film, “Roop Ki Rani, Choron Ka Raja” and later “Prem”, were both disasters, but he had several other hits including “Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain” and “Tere Sang”.
He is survived by his wife and 10-year-old daughter.
