BHUBANESWAR: With the one-day Covid-19 infection tally exceeding 200 in the state, schools in the capital city have asked teachers and students suffering from cold, cough and fever not to attend classes on campus. Parents have been asked to ensure that children come to school wearing masks and use sanitizers frequently. As some teachers have already contracted the virus, parents are worried about sending their children to school.
“With Covid-19 fluctuating in temperature during monsoon is affecting everyone. Parents should ensure that children wear an N-95 mask and carry a small bottle of sanitizer when going out or to school. All students should carry a raincoat or umbrella. We will continue to enforce COVID-19 protocols in the school and look forward to the support and cooperation of parents to keep all our students and staff healthy,” read a notice, issued by DAV Public School, Chandrashekharpur,
