Once the ward-wise division is done, the draft voter list (both soft and hard copy) will be shared with the national and state level parties.
According to the program, the draft of the electoral roll will be published on February 10, while objections and suggestions from the general public can be received between February 11 and February 16, which will be scrutinized by February 18. The final voter list will be prepared by February 24. It will be sent to the State Election Commission on February 28.
Official sources in the SEC said 110 municipal bodies, including three municipal corporations, 48 ​​municipalities and 59 notified area councils (NACs), are likely to go to polls in April-May this year.
