Tracking positive cues from the international markets, domestic benchmark indices on Monday opened higher for the third consecutive session. Asian stocks also rose amid improved risk sentiment following a strong Wall Street correction late last week. The BSE Sensex traded 781 points higher, up 53,000 points in opening deals, while the NSE Nifty rose 228 points, up 15,900 points to 15,927.45.
