Sequoia Capital has offloaded its stake in Go Fashion (India) Limited via open market operations on Monday.
Sequoia Capital India Investments IV has offloaded 54,98,875 shares in Go Fashions (India) Ltd through bulk deals on Monday.
According to BSE shareholding, Sequoia Capital India Investments IV held 10.18 per cent stake in Go Fashion (India) Ltd as of March 2023 quarter. Post the latest transaction, Sequoia Capital has trimmed its entire stake in the company.
According to NSE, Sequoia Capital sold 54,98,875 shares in Go Fashions (India) Ltd at ana average price of ₹1,136.10. While, Mansi Shares & Stock Advisors Pvt Ltd also sold a part of its stake. It sold 4,68,404 shares at an average price of ₹1,138.50.
According to data, BNP Paribas Arbitrage bought 4,30,000 shares at an average price of 1,135, while ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd bought 7,04,846 shares at an average price of ₹1,135.
Kuwait Investment Authority Fund bought 4,84,581 shares at an average price of ₹1,135.00, while Societe Generale bought 3,84,980 shares and 4,40,529 shares at an average price of ₹1,135.
While, Mansi Shares & Stock Advisors bought 4,98,400 shares at ₹1,137.21.
On the other hand, Garden Reach Ship also saw buying and selling. Graviton Research Capital sold 6,24,293 shares at an average of ₹546.35, while it bought 6,24,293 shares at an average price of ₹546.11.
KPI Green Energy Limited also saw buying and selling. Graviton Research Capital sold 1,88,795 shares at an average of ₹622.1, while it bought 1,88,795 shares at an average price of ₹621.70.
Infollion Research Services Ltd saw exchange of hands. Blume Venture Funds I sold 2,64,000 shares at ₹189.51, Multiplier Share & Stock Advisors Pvt Ltd sold 11,200 shares at ₹179.25 and Mansi Shares & Stock Advisors sold 16,000 shares at ₹179.25.
Mansi Shares & Stock Advisors bought 64,000 shares at ₹179.25 and Multiplier Share & Stock Advisors Pvt Ltd bought 2,49,600 shares at ₹179.25.
