Noida: With mega projects on the way, UP government raises investment target Yamuna Expressway Authorization more than eight times, from Rs 7,000 crore last year to Rs 60,000 crore global investor summit Due next year, officials said on Friday.
To meet this target, the officials said, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is planning to launch several commercial and group housing schemes before Diwali this year.
This includes a group housing project on 75 acres of land on five plots, four fuel stations with CNG, petrol, diesel and electric charging facilities and 15 commercial plots in Sector 22A. All these will be available on e-auction.
The construction of the Noida International Airport at Jewar and an Electronic City are planned adjacent to it, which are among the major projects coming up in the region.
Yeda CEO Arun Veero Singh said on Friday that developers for housing schemes will now be given six months to pay the full cost of the land.
Earlier, plots were allotted to developers by paying 10% of the cost of the land. Builders can pay the remaining amount in installments over the next few years.
Sector 22D will have four plots of 12 acres each and Sector 22A will have one plot of 25 acres. As per rules, developers can use 1 per cent of the land for commercial space.
The four fuel stations will come up in Sectors 18, 20, 22D and 28 (near the planned Medical Equipment Park).
YEIDA will bring scheme for commercial plot in Sector 22A salarpur Underpass. There are 15 plots of 100 sqm each. It is also planning a mixed land use industrial plot scheme on 110 acres in Sector 24.
