Shark Tank is a reality show where startups seek investment from established businessmen. The show is the Indian version of the US show Shark Tank, which is currently in its 14th season.

BharatPe founder Ashneer Grover became a fan-favourite in the hit first season of the show for his outspoken attitude and his catchy one-liners. Mr Grover is not a part of the second edition, and many fans on social media have been vocal about how the show has become “dull” in his absence.

On Anupam Mittal’s recent Instagram post, a user wrote how the show now feels less funny and more fake than in Season 1.

The user wrote, “Keep it natural. This is my one piece of advice for all sharks.” “Koshish zari hai (we are trying),” said the Shaadi.com co-founder.

The second season of Shark Tank India has started this week. Besides Anupam Mittal, the other ‘sharks’ on the show are Piyush Bansal, CEO of Lenskart, Vinita Singh, founder of Sugar, Aman Gupta, co-founder of boAt, and Namita Thapar, director of Emcure.
