Shark Tank’s Ashneer Grover posts photo with participant whose firm grew 40x

BharatPe co-founder and Shark Tank judge Ashneer Grover shares a picture with Shar Tank Season 1 contestant Ravi Kabra, receives funding 1 crore for 15% equity in their brand Skippy Pop.

Grover mentioned in his Instagram post that sales of Kabra’s Skippy Pop increased 40 times after the investment.

Ravi and his wife Anuja Kabra had appeared on the show and raised their voice for their company. 45 lakhs for 5% equity but he received funding of 1 crore for 15% equity from all five shards.

On receiving funding from Shark Tank India, Ravi said in a statement, “We are delighted to have received funding from Shark Tank India, a testament to our vision to disrupt the F&B industry with innovation and research. We plan to invest this amount to spur more innovation and introduce more refreshing flavors in the Indian market.”

On the post shared by Ashneer Grover, one person commented, “Take entrepreneurship to the next level.” Another reviewed Ravi’s product and wrote, “An average product with highly publicized marketing, most of their flavors don’t freeze well and some taste just fine. Chemicals. Marketing 10/10 but product 5/10.” is.” Many people dropped fire emojis in the comment section.
