In a shocking video, a passenger on board a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Peshawar-Dubai PK-283 flight interrupted a ruckus as he suddenly started punching the seats while kicking the plane’s window . The incident started all of a sudden when the passenger started engaging himself in an altercation with the cabin crew. He committed strange movements on the flight ahead, including forcefully kicking and damaging the window of the aircraft as if trying to break it. The passenger also pushed and kicked the seats and then lay down on the floor with his face down. He was often violent in flight and later when the flight attendants intervened to control the situation, he also attacked them.

As can be heard in the video, the passengers are saying that he was fine when he boarded the flight and suddenly started acting like this. Some reports indicate that the passenger created the scene after being stopped from offering prayers on board the flight.
The media outlet quoted sources as saying that to avoid any escalation in the situation, the passenger was tied to his seat as per aviation law. As per protocol, the flight captain contacted Dubai’s air traffic controller and sought security. On landing at Dubai airport, the passenger was taken into custody by security officials. The incident took place on September 14 and according to PIA officials, the airline had blacklisted the passenger.
