Six CRDA employees injured after shed collapses in Amravati’s R-5 zone

At least six employees of the AP CRDA were injured when a temporary shed collapsed on Saturday due to thunderstorm and rain in a layout being developed in R-5 zone at Nidamaru village in the capital city of Amaravati.

District Collector M. Venugopal Reddy, who came to meet the victims, told Hindu That the shed fell due to a sudden storm. Some workers present in the shed at that time suffered minor injuries and were immediately shifted to a hospital in Mangalagiri. The other people present in the shed were also medically examined and declared safe, he said.
