According to the Drik Panchang, Shashthi Tithi will start on August 3 at 5:41 am and will end on August 4 at 5:40 am.
Skanda Shashthi 2022: Method
Devotees wake up early in the morning, take bath and wear clean clothes. Then they clean the place where they keep the idol of Lord Kartikeya. Posters or idols of Bholenath, Parvati and Ganapati ji are placed along with the idol of Lord Kartikeya. The devotees then offer water, clothes, flowers, fruits and sweets to Lord Kartikeya. They conclude the puja with an aarti.
