Skoda Slavia’s new design sketch reveals the compact sedan’s cabin

Skoda Auto India has revealed the design sketches of the cabin of the upcoming compact sedan Slavia and immediately you see the design elements that carry over from some of the other models from the brand. These include distinctive, rounded windbreaks, a horizontal decorative trim stripe in a contrasting colour, and embossed word marks on the spire.

What we immediately see is a 10-inch infotainment display and what Skoda says is a touchscreen. Beneath the touchscreen display is a character line referencing the silhouette of the Skoda grille. It also acts as a hand-rest while operating the display. The brand’s signature width, the spacious cabin is emphasized by a horizontal, seemingly floating trim strip in a contrasting color, which extends into distinctive, round air vents on all sides.

Looks like the Skoda Slavia Octavia when it comes to design

A look behind the steering wheel reveals that the Slavia will come with a virtual instrument cluster or as VW Group likes to call it a virtual cockpit. We have powered the prototype version of Slavia And told you all about its dimensions. We also told you that the wheelbase of the Slavia is class leading and this basically means that there is more space at the rear.
