Small Cap IT Company Announces Final Dividend Of ₹8, PAT Grows 66% In Q4

“We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Sunday, the 23rd April, 2023 has inter alia considered and recommended a Final Dividend of 8/- (Rupees Eight) per share. on the fully paid-up equity share capital of the company in the financial year 2022-23. The said dividend will be subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend will be paid within the statutory time limit to the equity shareholders of the company whose names appear in the register of members of the company as on the record date fixed for payment of dividend,” Ksolves India said in a stock exchange filing.

The company reported consolidated net sales of 22.74 crore in the March 2023 quarter, up 59.89% from Rs. 14.23 crore was recorded in the March 2022 quarter. The company said its consolidated net profit has reached 7.34 Cr during Q4FY23, up 66.06% YoY 4.42 crore during Q4FY22. Ksolves India’s EPS stood as compared to 6.19 during the quarter ending March 2023 3.73 was recorded during the year-ago quarter.
