Some users who encountered this bug went ahead with the update, and according to them, the update reinstalled the same version of Android 12. However, some note that the Android 13 update appeared after the Android 12 installation was complete, but this is not the case with everyone who has encountered this problem.
The issue seems to affect mainly Pixel 6 Users of the series including Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 6a. Although some Pixel 4a And 5a users are also affected by this bug. The bug doesn’t seem widespread, but a significant number of users are facing trouble upgrading to Android 13.
