The IGP also said that the Goa Police cannot identify the “unpleasant chemical” unless it is chemically tested.
“It is some synthetic drugs, but it has not been disclosed what it is. We will try to trace the source of the synthetic drug,” Bishnoi said.
Goa Police has visited the places where the victim and the accused had gone.

Bishnoi said that as the questioning progresses, the police would know what substance they had given to him and where it was disposed of.
“Preliminary investigation has established that both have been arrested,” he said.
