Spicy Korean Rice Cakes Will Make Your K-Drama Binge Sessions Worthwhile—Recipe Video

How to make Spicy Korean Rice Cake:

material:

Rice flour: 2 cups

Salt – tsp

Cornflour: cup

hot water

Oil

Whole red chili: 20

Garlic buds: 10-12

Chopped Garlic: 2 tbsp

Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Soy Sauce: 1 tsp

water: cup

Chopped Onion: cup

Cabbage: cup

method:

Step 1: Mix salt and cornflour in rice flour. Pour in hot water and mix well. Set the dough aside to rest for 10 minutes

Step 2: Spread 1 tbsp oil on the wheel and mash the dough. Roll into a cylinder and cut into 3-inch pieces

Step 3: Add 1 tbsp oil to the boiling water. Put the cylindrical cutout of dough in water and boil it for 3-4 minutes

Step 4: Take Them Out and Leave to Rest for 10 Minutes

Step 5: Meanwhile, grind whole red chillies and garlic cloves to make a smooth paste

Step 6: In a pan add 2 tbsp oil and fry the chopped garlic. When the garlic turns golden, add chili-garlic paste and bring it to a boil.

Step 7: Take another pan with 2 tbsp oil. Add some chopped garlic, chopped onion, cabbage, a spoonful of chili-garlic sauce and sugar

Step 8: Add water to the mixture and let it come to a boil

Step 9: Add the Boiled Cylindrical Flour to the Sauce Mix. Add spring onions and mix well (with a light hand)

Step 10: Serve.
