Coffee shops and cafes are fast becoming the most popular haunts for locals in the neighborhood. Whether for students working on their projects, or official meetings with colleagues and business associates, a coffee shop is certainly a great place to be. An employee of popular coffee spot Starbucks recently went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure a teenage customer was safe and didn’t feel uncomfortable. The incident has gone viral and the Starbucks employee is getting immense praise.
Brandi Roberson, the mother of the 18-year-old girl, told about the incident on her Facebook page. She revealed that her daughter was all alone starbucks When an unpleasant situation arose in the city of Corpus Christi, Texas. “My 18 year old daughter was alone at Starbucks that night. A man came up to her and started talking to her,” Roberson wrote in his post. Brandi Roberson adds that her daughter feels safe and doesn’t feel the need to remove the lid. However, she was grateful for starbucks employee support. The mother wrote in her post, “She felt safe and didn’t take the lid off, but let them know. She said the whole team was watching her as long as she was there.”
