The state-wide inauguration of the third phase of ‘Manasodithiri Mannu’, a life mission to identify land for the landless, will take place at the Ernakulam Town Hall on Thursday. Local Self-Government Minister MV Govindan will inaugurate the program and Industries Minister P. Rajeev will preside. Sources in the Kerala Life Mission said that an MoU will be signed between the Kerala State Life Mission and Chittilapally Foundation during the inauguration of the Life Mission-Chittilapally Housing Programme.
