Strengthen base to get clear mandate in next Bihar elections: Tejashwi Prasad Yadav | Patna News – Times of India

Patna: RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav On Tuesday called upon the party workers to strengthen the support base of the organization to get a clear mandate from the people in the next elections.
Speaking on the first day of the two-day training program of the party’s district as well as block presidents of South Bihar, Tejashwi said that the party workers have to be mentally, physically and ideologically ready to complete this challenging task.
He said that the support of workers and office bearers is very important for any political organization. He also assured the workers that their performance would be suitably rewarded by the top leadership of the party.
Tejashwi claimed that the reservation system has already been implemented within the RJD to give due representation to all sections of the society. “RJD is a party of all sections. It does not belong to any particular caste, creed or religion,” he told party functionaries.
He called upon the workers to maintain discipline within the organisation. “If you maintain discipline and enjoy a clean image, the party will automatically benefit,” he said, adding that he should work towards achieving his objective.
The former Deputy CM also discussed the political scenario of the country in detail. “The country is passing through a critical phase. Those who are at the top believe in divide and rule and are trying to spread hatred in the society,” he alleged without mentioning the BJP.
RJD state president Jagdanand Singh said that he will do whatever is necessary to maintain the honor and dignity of the party. He talked about strengthening the support base of the organization at the booth, panchayat and district level.
He called upon the workers and office bearers to pay more attention to the agitational programs being run by the top leadership of the party. “Such programs should be made grand successes,” he said.
Highlighting the importance of discipline not only for a human being but for any political organisation, Singh said that it is the only way to deal with the chaotic situation.
RJD’s National Vice President Shivanand Tiwari, Rajya Sabha member Manoj Jha, former ministers Shyam Rajak, Abdul Bari Siddiqui, Shivchandra Ram, Ashok Kumar Singh and former Speaker of the Assembly Uday Narayan Chaudhary were also present on the occasion.
