Sukesh Chandrashekhar used to make spoof calls to Jacqueline Fernandez from Tihar Jail: ED sources

Enforcement Directorate (ED) sources said on Tuesday that conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar used to contact Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez from Tihar Jail through caller ID spoofing.

Sources said that Sukesh Chandrashekhar had hidden his real identity and used to talk to the actor posing as a big personality.

Sources said, “When Jacqueline started trusting Sukesh, the thugs also started sending him expensive flowers and chocolates as a gift.”

ED officials have more than two dozen call records of Sukesh, on the basis of which they came to know about the fraud with Jacqueline.

The agency did not divulge more details about Sukesh’s spoof call to the actor due to security reasons.

Sukesh had also targeted another famous female celebrity through call spoofing from Tihar Jail.

Last week, ED Thug Sukesh Chandrasekhar’s bungalow raided in Chennai. Sukesh Chandrashekhar, lodged as an under-trial in Delhi’s Rohini Jail, has been accused of extorting Rs 200 crore from a businessman over a period of one year. He also has more than 20 other extortion cases against him and operated a racket from inside his jail cell.

Sources said that Jacqueline Fernandez was probably a victim of Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s racket.

Meanwhile, on the remand of Sukesh ChandrashekharEconomic Offenses Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police Extended by four more days. EOW did Registered a case against the thief and took him into custody as the evidence against him kept piling up.
