Taapsee Pannu’s sweet plate is everything healthy and delicious

Taapsee Pannu has often admitted to being a foodie and even shares glimpses of her gastronomic indulgences on her social media feeds. A fitness freak, Taapsee follows a rigid diet plan but accommodates her craving by giving a healthy twist to her favorite foods. Recently, Taapsee shared a picture of a slice of carrot cake on Instagram Stories and made us swoon. The treat was created by her make-up artist Gua. The caption read, “Always make sure your people at work are good cooks too. Cooking healthy is a bonus”. He also tagged Gua in Stories.

Taapsee Pannu is a strong advocate of clean eating and prefers food that is mostly seasonal and comes with nutrition. A few weeks ago, when Taapsee went to visit her friend, nutritionist Munmun Ganeriwal, she fed him a nutritious dessert in the summer. The actress shared a picture of a saliva-worthy bowl Mango Parfait Which looked fresh and every bit attractive. Taapsee wrote, “When looking forward to serving delicious healthy stuff with @munmun.ganeriwal!”

Taapsee Pannu is someone who knows how to have fun with food and still enjoys it with all her heart. Once, he teased his sister over food and prank left us in pieces.
