Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) on March 14 said that it has promoted Tablesh Pandey, executive director of the company, as its Managing Director.
According to the regulatory filing, his appointment is effective from April 1, 2023.
Mr Pandey will replace the current Managing Director BC Patnaik.
There are currently four Managing Directors in LIC.
According to a government notification, “Tablesh Pandey, Executive Director, LIC of India, has been appointed as Managing Director, LIC Vice BC Patnaik with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the office on or after April 1, 2023.”The company he said.
