The tiger was sent to Mysore Zoo for treatment after getting permission from the National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) and as per protocol. Four veterinarians and some forest officials accompanied the animal.
“Special facility will be given for treatment of tiger in the zoo. Before transport, intravenous glucose was administered and its pulse was checked,” said Neeraj. “The entire process was documented and videographed,” he said.
