Coimbatore:
Two persons were arrested on Thursday for allegedly sexually assaulting a girl for the past two years, police said.
According to police, a 27-year-old man left his wife, lured a 10-year-old girl to the neighbourhood, sexually assaulted her and threatened her of dire consequences if she misbehaved with anyone.
Police said that as she continued the harassment, her friend came to know about it and also sexually assaulted her.
The incident came to light on Wednesday when the girl ran out of the house screaming. Neighbors came to know about this, who caught both the youths and handed them over to the police.
